The Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS) are REALTORS® who have undergone specialized training focused on conducting business in the international real estate arena. These select REALTORS® from the United States and abroad, as well as association staff and volunteer leaders have an extensive worldwide community of real estate practitioners. Currently there are over 3,500 real estate professionals around the world that hold the prestigious credential. These Real Estate Practitioners understand the complexities of global real estate transactions and are trained specialist in their residential or commercial field with knowledge on topics such as cross country relationships, regional marketing conditions, foreign investments, foreign currency, financing, visas and tax laws, which is greenlee important when a client is doing business in a foreign countries. In addition, the CIPS practitioners have a dedicated network of other real estate, practitioners, developers, and other professionals within 45 countries. Allowing them to insure that their clients will receive the same level of quality service no matter where the real estate transaction is occurring.
As a Certified International Property Specialist, I look forward to assisting foreign buyers seeking to purchase in the United States as well as clients seeking to purchase or sale in the United States, Dubai, Latin America, North and South America. When purchasing in the United States, I work with a bilingual team of developers, attorneys, contractors and title agents to met my clients needs.
